It was announced yesterday and seemed to have to wait several weeks to hit the phones, but it has not happened yet, Google has started to upgrade their phones. The first to receive Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread), as expected, is the Nexus S, which will arrive in stages through the OTA updates in the coming weeks.
