HTCSync 3 is a failure. got it to synchronise with my HTC Desire HD. Since then it won’t recognise my phone. I’ve uninstalled it twice to no avail, tried other USB ports but not go. HTCSync 3 is a disaster but the phone is great! Hoping an older version will fix the problems.
